Medical Knowledge Meets Lived Experience
Every Fertility Decision Feels Uncertain.
The information is scattered.
Medical advice here, lifestyle tips there, conflicting advice everywhere.
I'm Dr Divpreet Sacha
A UK Doctor who's navigated PCOS, endometriosis, NHS waitlists, and IVF.
Medical training taught me the system.
Living through it showed me the gap.
So I built the bridge.

Understand your biology. Support your body. Track your fertility. Navigate your options.

Why I Created Fertility Foundations
Even as a doctor, navigating fertility was isolating and complex. I lived through PCOS, endometriosis, NHS waitlists, failed IVF with severe OHSS, and the fragmented care.
My first pregnancy came through IVF. My second? Naturally, and far quicker than expected. Only our second cycle trying. I can't say for certain what made the difference. But I'd spent that time implementing changes based on everything I'd learnt from research, clinical practice, and my own experience. I felt more informed, more in control, and less overwhelmed than I had the first time around.
Fertility Foundations was born from what I couldn't find: guidance that connects your biology, the evidence behind lifestyle interventions, why research doesn't always translate to practice, and what you can actually do while navigating this journey. Whether you're month 4 or month 14, trying naturally or considering IVF, my aim is simple: help you make sense of it all. Without the noise. Without the pressure. Without the overwhelm.
