About The Service

Once your baby arrives, your body undergoes a significant hormonal shift, and healing from birth, whether it was straightforward or more complex, can take time. On top of this, you’re managing the demands of a newborn, which can feel overwhelming, especially when sleep is in short supply. Breastfeeding, adjusting to physical recovery, managing mental health, and dealing with social isolation can all add extra pressure.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support you need to navigate this challenging yet beautiful time. Together, we’ll discuss what is normal during this postpartum period, how to cope with the emotional and physical recovery, and how to manage the demands of a newborn while taking care of yourself.
