Take The Guesswork Out Of Fertility
Should I go Private Or Wait for the NHS?
Which Investigations Or Supplements Actually Matter?
What can I do that actually helps- without my whole life revolving around fertility
I had ALL these thoughts, even though I had an advantage.
I understood the science and the pathways, but it was still the most overwhelming period of my life.

What Is Fertility Foundations?
Fertility Foundations was born from what I couldn’t find when I went through my fertility journey.
I wanted one place that made fertility make sense: what’s going on, what to do next, and how to navigate the system with confidence.
So I created the resource that bring together evidence based, lived, understandable informationthat gave me information on:
-
Biology: The common fertility issues (women & men), what the stats actually are, and why 'unexplained' is not yet explained.
-
Actionability: Understanding latest research in supplements, lifestyle, exercise and diet
-
Fertility Tracking: Getting a clear breakdown of fertility tracking and why there's such a disconnect between national guidelines & a billion dollar business of fertility tracking, and what can ACTUALLY be of use.
-
Pathway Navigation; The lowdown on GP tests, NHS fertility clinic investigations, why it can change area to area, private investigations, IVF, and navigating fertility treatment whilst working (including legal rights and framework pathways)
No overwhelming explanations.
-
Videos instead of doomscrolling Instagram or TikTok.
-
Private, doctor-led podcast feed instead of unregulated advice.
-
Quick-fire downloads for when you’re short on time but still want information you can trust.
-
Deep dive with visual charts and references if you want to learn more
-
Understand what is working for you and against you through questionnaires and behavioural responses
Whether you're month 4 or month 14, trying naturally or considering IVF; you deserve the chance to be able to make sense of it all and know what is right for you.
